For events, we recommend 4–6 weeks minimum — and for weddings, as early as possible (3–6 months ideally). For takeaways and smaller orders, [X] days notice is usually enough. Popular dates fill up fast!
Yes — halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure everyone's covered.
Absolutely. We travel across the UK for events — including London and beyond. Travel costs are factored into your quote upfront, no hidden surprises.
A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due [X days] before your event. Payment is via bank transfer and you'll receive an invoice for everything.
Small changes (guest count tweaks, menu swaps) are fine up to [X days] before the event. Bigger changes closer to the date may not be possible and could affect pricing.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than [X days] before the event may be liable for a portion of the full balance depending on how much prep has already happened. See our full cancellation policy for details.
Yes — for Event Catering and Luxury Catering packages, serving staff and equipment are included or can be arranged. This is confirmed during planning.
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and all food is prepared in compliance with UK food safety regulations. Certificates available on request.
